1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Original packaging should be included where possible.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Clothing that shows any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or is missing tags.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Products whose hygiene cannot be guaranteed (e.g., items with stains, odors, or makeup marks).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us First: Please email us at 2769331756@qq.com with your order number and reason for the return. We may request photos to verify the item’s condition.
  • Receive Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address. Please do not send any items back without an RA number.
  • Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item, preferably in its original packaging. Enclose the RA number inside the package. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as HotDealZone is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong or a defective item).

4. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or incorrect items received.
  • A different size or color of the same item, subject to stock availability.

5. Final Sale Items
All items clearly marked as “Final Sale” are deeply discounted and considered a final purchase. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email 2769331756@qq.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue with the item and its packaging. We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
