At HotDealZone, we are committed to delivering your fashion finds with care and efficiency. This policy details our order processing, shipping methods, and delivery guidelines to ensure a smooth experience from checkout to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and payment verification.
- Order Modifications & Cancellations: Need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us immediately at 2769331756@qq.com. We can only accommodate changes if your order has not yet entered the packing and shipping preparation stage.
2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We currently ship to the United States and Europe. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are automatically calculated and displayed for your review during the checkout process.
- Shipping to the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 10–18 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch (available for most regions).
- Shipping to Europe:
- Standard Shipping: 12–22 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch (available for most countries).
Important Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees levied by the authorities in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or our shipping costs.
3. Packaging & Handling
Each item is carefully inspected and packaged with quality protective materials to ensure it arrives at your door in perfect, ready-to-wear condition.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.
5. Delivery & Responsibility
- Address Accuracy: Providing a complete and accurate shipping address is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
- Proof of Delivery: Our responsibility for the order concludes once the carrier’s tracking system marks the shipment as “Delivered.”
- Failed Deliveries: Failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or failure to collect from a designated pickup point may result in the parcel being returned to us or held in storage. In such cases, any additional fees for reshipping or storage will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Shipping Issues
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 20 business days (for US/Europe destinations) after dispatch, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
- Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours at 2769331756@qq.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the damage to both the item and its original packaging.
